A 75-day experiment, in public, starting now.

Hey Invaders! ๐Ÿ‘ฝ

Quick one today, because something started last week and I want you in on it from the beginning.

80 calls a day. $80K a year. 75 days to get from one to the other.

I'm coaching someone who works as an Account Executive in sales. They make about 80 calls a day. The goal is a Technical Support Engineer role at $80K+.

Here's the part that surprised me. The skills were already there. They had tech support experience before the sales job.

The gap was interviews.

They'd get nervous the second an interview call started, and good answers came out scattered. So the sales job wasn't a detour. It was the fix. 80 calls a day will do a lot for your nerves.

Now it's back to the original goal.

How this works:
โœ… Day 1 was October 1, when the first application went out
โœ… Day 75 is December 14
โœ… Every week you'll get the scoreboard: applications, recruiter replies, interviews, offers
โœ… The bad weeks too

We're calling it 80 Calls to 80K.

Week 1 scoreboard (Oct 1 to 4)

Zero replies after four days is normal. Most applications take a week or two to get a response, if they get one at all. That's why we're tracking it, so you can see what the middle actually looks like.

If your gap is interviews and not skills, this one's for you. Practice the calls before the calls count.

Next scoreboard Friday. ๐Ÿ‘ฝ
